Hands-On Diagnostics achieves 100 percent passing rate for its student candidates for the Board Certification Examination in Clinical Electrophysiology.
ASTORIA, Va., June 22, 2018 (Newswire.com) - A very small group of Physical Therapists manage every year to become certified in Clinical Electrophysiology Testing (Electromyography and Nerve Conduction Studies) by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS). This is a very vigorous and demanding process that includes the completion of significant training, over 500 patient studies and 2000 hours spent in the area of specialty.
Hands-On Diagnostics (HODS), an organization that helps Physical Therapists in private practice establish a variety of diagnostic testing in their facilities achieved a 100 percent passing rate this year for its students who took the exam. “This is a great achievement for the students, the organization, and for the Physical Therapy profession,” said Dr. Mark Brooks, VP of Clinical Education of HODS.
